Abstract
Sinarriya Puspa Wijayanti. 3223600013. Pengaruh Pemberian Pakan Buatan dan Pakan Alami Jenis Azolla microphylla dan Eceng Gondok (Eichhornia crassipes) Terhadap Laju Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Koan (Ctenopharyodon idella) Di Loka Perbenihan dan Budidaya Ikan Muntilan, Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Pembimbing I : Nurjanah dan Pembimbing II : Sutaman Ikan Koan (Ctenopharyngodon idella) merupakan jenis ikan herbivora yang dapat mengonsumsi tumbuhan air seperti Azolla microphylla dan eceng gondok (Eichhornia crassipes) sebagai pakan alternatif. Kedua tumbuhan ini memiliki pertumbuhan yang cepat serta kandungan nutrisi yang baik untuk menunjang pertumbuhan ikan. Penelitian dilakukan di Loka Perbenihan dan Budidaya Ikan Muntilan, Magelang, Jawa Tengah menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan: (K) pakan komersial , (A) Azolla microphylla, (B) eceng gondok, serta (C)campuran Azolla microphylla dan Eceng Gondok. Setiap perlakuan dilakukan dengan tiga kali ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi laju pertumbuhan harian, pertumbuhan bobot individu mutlak, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, tingkat kelangsungan hidup (SR), serta rasio konversi pakan (FCR). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan (K) pakan komersil menghasilkan pertumbuhan terbaik dengan laju pertumbuhan harian 0,159 gram/hari, diikuti perlakuan (C) Azolla microphylla dan eceng gondok sebesar 0,144 gram/hari. Pertumbuhan bobot individu mutlak terbaik juga ditemukan pada perlakuan C (4,33 gram), mendekati perlakuan kontrol (K) sebesar 4,8 gram. Pertumbuhan panjang mutlak menunjukkan hasil tertinggi pada perlakuan C dan K dengan rata-rata 1,2 cm, sementara perlakuan A dan B memiliki pertumbuhan lebih rendah. Tingkat kelangsungan hidup tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan K (100%), diikuti perlakuan C (93%), A (87%), dan B (83%). Rasio konversi pakan (FCR) terbaik ditemukan pada perlakuan B (2,5), sementara efisiensi pakan (EP) tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan K, A, dan C (0,3). Kualitas air selama penelitain dalam kisaran layak untuk kelangsungan hidup ikan koan. Effect of Artificial Feed and Natural Feed of Azolla microphylla and Water Hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) on the Growth Rate of Kan Koan Fish (Ctenopharyodon idella) at Muntilan Fish Hatchery and Cultivation Workshop, Magelang, Central Java. Supervisor I: Nurjanah and Supervisor II: Sutaman Koan fish (Ctenopharyngodon idella) is a type of herbivorous fish that can consume aquatic plants such as Azolla microphylla and water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) as alternative feed. These two plants have fast growth and good nutrient content to support fish growth. The research was conducted at the Muntilan Fish Hatchery and Cultivation Workshop, Magelang, Central Java using the Complete Random Design (RAL) method with four treatments: (K) commercial feed, (A) Azolla microphylla, (B) water hyacinth, and (C) a mixture of Azolla microphylla and water hyacinth. Each treatment is carried out with three repetitions. The parameters observed include daily growth rate, absolute individual weight growth, absolute length growth, survival rate (SR), and feed conversion ratio (FCR). The data were analyzed using the normality test, ANOVA homogeneity and continued with the Duncan test. The results showed that the treatment (K) of commercial feed produced the best growth with a daily growth rate of 0.159 grams/day, followed by the treatment (C) of Azolla microphylla and Water Hyacinth of 0.144 grams/day. The best absolute individual weight growth was also found in treatment C (4.33 grams), close to the control treatment (K) of 4.8 grams. Absolute length growth showed the highest yield in treatments C and K with an average of 1.2 cm, while treatments A and B had lower growth. The highest survival rate was obtained in treatment K (100%), followed by treatment C (93%), A (87%), and B (83%). The best feed conversion ratio (FCR) was found in treatment B (2.5), while the highest feed efficiency (EP) was obtained in treatment K, A, and C (0.3).
