Abstract
Banking provides various banking services that are important to support community economic activities in the form of a service provided to the community in the form of savings and loans and distributing them to the community in the form of credit. Next, what the debtor does when repaying the loan and when receiving the certificate of Dependent Rights. Because there are still many people or people who do not understand the process of imposing the Right of Dependency on Land and also legal protection for banks as holders of Right of Dependency and customers as credit borrowers. Because there are still many people who are unfamiliar with this both with their rights and obligations as creditors and debtors when the burden has been carried out. Types of literature research. The approach used is a normative legal approach. Using secondary data is data that already exists or is available and researchers can select data and collect the data to be used as a sample in their research. The data collection method used by the researcher is using literature studies. The data analysis used in this study by the researcher is a descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of this research, it is hoped that it will be a source of information and input for students, academics, practitioners, and all parties in need within the Faculty of Law, Pancasakti Tegal University.
