Abstract

Intan Ayu Lestari, Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, Harga dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Minat Menonton di Bioskop Gajah Mada Cinema Tegal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap minat menonton di bioskop Gajah Mada Cinema Tegal, 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap minat menonton di bioskop Gajah Mada Cinema Tegal, 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap minat menonton di bioskop Gajah Mada Cinema Tegal, dan 4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, harga dan gaya hidup secara simultan terhadap minat menonton di bioskop Gajah Mada Cinema Tegal. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel independen yang terdiri dari kualitas layanan, harga dan gaya hidup sedangkan varibel dependen yaitu minat menonton. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah rank spearman, determiansi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menonton, 2) harga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menonton, 3) gaya hidup berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menonton. Pengujian rank spearman pada masing-masiang variabel (kualitas layanan, harga dan gaya hidup) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya kiranya melalui penelitian saat ini, data atau hasil penelitian yang telah didapatkan bisa menjadi suatu bahan referensi yang diharapkan dapat membantu serta memudahkan dalam menyusun suatu karya tulis atau skripsi yang baru. The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the effect of service quality on interest in watching at the Gajah Mada Cinema Tegal cinema, 2) to determine the effect of prices on interest in watching at the Gajah Mada Cinema Tegal cinema, 3) to determine the influence of lifestyle on the interest in watching at the cinema Gajah Mada Cinema Tegal, and 4) to determine the effect of simultaneous service quality, price and lifestyle on the interest in watching at the Gajah Mada Cinema Tegal cinema. The variables used in this study are independent variables consisting of quality of service, price and lifestyle while the dependent variable is interest in watching. The method used in this study is the Spearman rank, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that 1) service quality has a positive effect on interest in watching, 2) price has a positive effect on interest in watching, 3) lifestyle has a positive effect on interest in watching. Spearman rank testing on each variable (service quality, price and lifestyle) partially has a positive effect. Suggestions for further researchers through current research, the data or research results that have been obtained can be a reference material that is expected to help and facilitate the preparation of a new paper or thesis.
