Abstract

ABSTRACT Purwati, NPM: 4115500161, Analysis of Bank Soundness Using the Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) method for BUMN Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. This study aims to determine the level of soundness of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at Government-Owned Commercial Banks in 2016 - 2018. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The assessment using the Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) method consists of four Risk Profile factors, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital from each bank. This study evaluates the four factors, namely Risk profile consisting of eight types of risk, but in this study only credit risk and liquidity risk will be examined. Credit risk is measured using NPL and liquidity risk is measured using LDR. GCG factors are measured by GCG composite ratings published by banks, earnings factors are measured by ROA and NIM ratios, capital factors are calculated by CAR ratios. The results showed that there were still a number of banks that received the rating of unhealthy and unhealthy over the ratio of NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM and GCG, while the CAR ratio of all banks received a very healthy predicate according to Bank Indonesia regulations.
