Abstract

ABSTRAK Heni Rizza, 2020, Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Dana Bagi Hasil Pajak dan Bukan Pajak Terhadap Belanja Daerah Serta Analisis Flypaper Effect di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2016 - 2018. Skripsi Tegal : Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Pancasakti Tegal 2020. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Dana Bagi Hasil Pajak dan Bukan Pajak terhadap Belanja Daerah Serta analisis flypaper effect di Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2016 - 2018. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dokumentasi, populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan realisasi anggaran Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, sebanyak 35 Kabupaten/Kota selama 3 tahun ( 2016 – 2018 ). Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, alat analisis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Dana Bagi Hasil berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Belanja Daerah, sedangkan untuk fenomena flypaper effect tidak terjadi pada Belanja Daerah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah untuk tahun 2016 - 2018. Ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji analisis data bahwa nilai koefisien standar beta Pendapatan Asli Daerah sebesar 0,594 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 17.747 lebih besar dari nilai koefisien standar beta Dana Alokasi Umum sebesar 0,550 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 16.452. Thesis of Tegal: Faculty of Economics, Pancasakti University, Tegal 2020 . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Regional Original Revenues, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, Tax and Non-Tax Profit Sharing Funds, and flypaper effect analysis on Regional Expenditures in Central Java Province in 2016 - 2018. This research is in the form of quantitative descriptive research, the data collection method used is documentation, population and sample in this study is the realization of the district / city budget in Central Java Province, as many as 35 districts / cities for 3 years (2016 - 2018). The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis, the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Regional Own Revenue, the General Allocation Fund, the Special Allocation Fund, the Revenue Sharing Fund positively affected Regional Expenditures, while the flypaper effect did not occur in Regional Expenditures in Central Java Province for the year 2016 - 2018. This was evidenced by the results data analysis test that the value of the beta standard coefficient of Original Local Revenue is 0.594 with a t value of 17.747 greater than the standard coefficient of beta of the General Allocation Fund of 0.550 with a value of t arithmetic of 16,452.
