Abstract

Ahmad Zaenal Arifin, 2020, administration implementation, transparency, accountability, reporting and management of village funds allocation in village development in Kabunan Village District Garden District Pemalang This research aims to find out how the administration implementation, transparency, accountability, reporting and management of village funds allocation in the village of Kabunan district of Pemalang District. The object in this study is the Kabunan Village District Park Pemalang District and the subject of this research is the village head, Sekertari Village and head of the village financial affairs. The method of data analysis in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Results of this research shows the administration in the management of Village fund allocation conducted by the Government of Desa Kabunan subdistrict District Taman Pemalang in this case already in accordance with the regulations stipulated in the regulation of the regent of Pemalang number 38 year 2019 about village financial management. BPD and the public are easy to know the presence or absence of misappropriation of the large funds managed by the village government conducted by the head of the village's financial affairs in the administration of Village fund allocation management.
