Abstract

ABSTRAK Abstak: The extent of the influence of hard skills and soft skills and spiritual skills on teacher work motivation in state junior high schools in Pagerbarang District, Tegal Regency, this is the main objective of this research. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative and comparative approach that is applied to 45 samples taken based on simple random sampling techniques. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Based on computer output (Model Summary) it can be explained that there is a large value of correlation / relationship (R) variables X1, X2, X3 and Y of 0.845. It can also be explained that the Adjusted R Square value of 0.693 means that the Hard Skill (X1), Soft Skill (X2) and Spiritual Skill (X3) variables influence the Teacher's Work Motivation (Y) variable 69.3%. With high teacher work motivation will lead to the birth of a strong commitment in the completion of routine tasks according to their responsibilities and functions more efficiently, effectively and productively. Keywords: Work Motivation, Hard Skill, Soft Skill, Spiritual Skill Abstak : Sejauh mana pengaruh hard skill dan soft skill dan spiritual skill terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Pagerbarang Kabupaten Tegal, inilah yang menajadi tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif dan komparatif yang diterapkan pada 45 sampel yang diambil berdasarkan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Berdasarkan output komputer (Model Summary) dapat dijelaskan bahwa terdapat besarnya nilai korelasi/hubungan (R) variabel X1, X2, X3 dan Y sebesar 0,845. Dapat dijelaskan pula nilai Adjusted R Square seb esar 0,693 yang berarti bahwa variabel Hard Skill (X1), Soft Skill (X2) dan Spiritual Skill (X3) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Motivasi Kerja Guru (Y) sebesar 69,3%. Dengan motivasi kerja guru yang tinggi akan bermuara pada lahirnya komitmen yang kuat dalam penyelesaian tugas-tugas rutin sesuai tanggung jawab dan fungsinya masing-masing secara lebih efisien, efektif, dan produktif.
