Abstract

“Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Kepemilikan Manajerial, dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Struktur Modal (Studi kasus pada perusahaan indeks saham syariah (ISSI) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2018)”. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, managerial ownership, and company size on the capital structure of sharia stock index companies (ISSI) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Periode 2015-2018. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS version 22. The result show that return on assest and current ratio have a negative effect on capital structure. Return on equity partially has a positive effect on capital structure, while net profit margin, quick ratio, managerial ownership and firm size do not significantly influence the capital structure.
