Abstract

ABSTRAK Franky Supriyanto. 2020. Hubungan Food Quality, Dining Atmosphere, dan Harga Dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan pada My Story Café Tegal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) untuk menganalisis hubungan food quality dengan kepuasan pelanggan My Story Café Tegal, 2) untuk menganalisis hubungan dining atmosphere dengan kepuasan pelanggan My Story Café Tegal, 3) untuk menganalisis hubungan harga dengan kepuasan pelanggan My Story Café Tegal, dan 4) untuk menganalisis hubungan food quality, dining atmosphere, dan harga secara bersama-sama dengan kepuasan pelanggan My Story Café Tegal. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah 1) diduga terdapat hubungan food quality dengan kepuasan pelanggan My Story Café Tegal, 2) diduga terdapat hubungan dining atmosphere dengan kepuasan pelanggan My Story Café Tegal, 3) diduga terdapat hubungan harga dengan kepuasan pelanggan My Story Café Tegal, dan 4) diduga terdapat hubungan food quality, dining atmosphere, dan harga secara bersama-sama dengan kepuasan pelanggan My Story Café Tegal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Korelasi Rank Spearman, Uji Signifikansi Korelasi Rank Spearman, Analisis Korelasi Berganda, Uji Signifikansi Korelasi Berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah 1) Terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan food quality dengan kepuasan pelanggan My Story Café Tegal dibuktikan dari diperolehnya nilai korelasi sebesar 0,717 dan nilai Zhitung = 7,134 > Ztabel = 1,96, 2) Terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat dan signifikan dining atmosphere dengan kepuasan pelanggan My Story Café Tegal dibuktikan dari diperolehnya nilai korelasi sebesar 0,518 dengan nilai Zhitung = 5,154 > Ztabel = 1,96, 3) Terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan harga dengan kepuasan pelanggan My Story Café Tegal dibuktikan dari diperolehnya nilai korelasi sebesar 0,682 dengan nilai Zhitung = 6,786 > Ztabel = 1,96, 4) Terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan food quality, dining atmosphere, dan harga secara bersama-sama dengan kepuasan pelanggan My Story Café Tegal dibuktikan dari diperolehnya nilai korelasi sebesar 0,833 dengan nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel (72,307 > 2,70). The purpose of this study is to 1). to analyze the relationship between food quality and customer satisfaction My Story Café Tegal 2) to analyze the relationship between dining atmosphere and customer satisfaction My Story Café Tegal 3) to analyze the relationship between price and customer satisfaction My Story Café Tegal and 4) to analyze the relationship between food quality, dining atmosphere , and prices together with customer satisfaction My Story Café Tegal. The research hypotheses are 1). It is suspected that there is a relationship between food quality and customer satisfaction. My Story Café Tegal 2) It is suspected that there is a relationship between dining atmosphere and customer satisfaction. My Story Café Tegal 3) It is suspected that there is a relationship between price and customer satisfaction in My Story Café Tegal and 4) it is suspected that there is a relationship between food quality, dining atmosphere , and prices together with customer satisfaction My Story Café Tegal. The research method used in this study is a survey research method. While the data analysis method used is the Spearman Rank Correlation Analysis, the Spearman Rank Correlation Significance Test, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Multiple Correlation Significance Test and the coefficient of determination analysis. The conclusions of this study are 1) There is a strong and significant relationship between food quality and customer satisfaction. My Story Café Tegal is evidenced by the correlation value of 0.717 and the value of Zhitung = 7.134> Ztabel = 1.96, 2) There is a strong and significant relationship. atmosphere with customer satisfaction My Story Café Tegal is evidenced by obtaining a correlation value of 0.518 with a value of Zhitung = 5.154> Ztable = 1.96, 3) There is a strong and significant relationship between price and customer satisfaction. My Story Café Tegal is proven by obtaining a correlation value of 0.682. with the value of Zhitung = 6,786> Ztabel = 1,96, 4) There is a very strong and significant relationship between food quality, dining atmosphere, and price together with customer satisfaction. My Story Café Tegal is proven by obtaining a correlation value of 0.833 with the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable (72,307> 2.70).
