Abstract

Pola Komunikasi Guru Dengan Siswa Di Sekolah SLANKER (Madrasah Aliyah NU 03 Brebes, Jurusa Ilmu Komunikasi Pembimbing : (1) Ike Desi Florina, M.I.Kom (II) Sarwo Edy, M.I.Kom. Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi yang digunakan pendidik kepada peserta didik guna perbaikan karakter di Sekolah SLANKER Brebes. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori penetrasi sosial. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dimana penulis mengumpulkan data yang ada, menyusun secara sistematis, kemudian mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian berdasarkan gambaran atau data yang didapatkan ketika penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pola komunikasi guru dengan siswa di sekolah SLANKER (Madrasah Aliyah NU 03 Brebes) melalui sistem pendidikan mampu memperbaiki karakter siswa. Dengan penggunaan pola komunikasi dua arah dan banyak arah melalui sistem pendidikan dengan kesenian serta bercerita mampu memperbaiki karakter siswa berupaa tata krama. Thesis. Communication Patterns between Teachers and Students in SLANKER Schools (Madrasah Aliyah NU 03 Brebes, Communication Studies Supervisor: (1) Ike Desi Florina, M.I.Kom (II) Sarwo Edy, M.I.Kom. Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Pancasakti University of Tegal. The purpose of this study was: to determine the communication patterns used by educators to students in order to improve character in the Brebes SLANKER School. This research uses social penetration theory. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative, where the authors collect existing data, compile systematically, then describe the results of the study based on the images or data obtained during the study. The results of this study indicate that the pattern of communication between teachers and students in SLANKER schools (Madrasah Aliyah NU 03 Brebes) through the education system is able to improve student character. With the use of two-way and multi-directional communication patterns through the education system with the arts and storytelling, it can improve student character in the form of manners.
