Abstract

ABSTRAK Sekar Indah Fitriyani. Analisis Pengaruh Equity Multiplier, Working Capital Turn Over, Current Ratio dan Profit Margin terhadapLaba Bersih yang Diperoleh dari Modal Sendiri padaPerusahaan Ritel dan Perdagangan yang Terdaftar diBursa Efek Indonesia 2016 – 2019. Skripsi : Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh Equity Multiplier, Working Capital Turn Over, Current Ratio dan Profit Margin tehadap return on equity. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan retail yang termasuk ke dalam sektor jasa, sedangkan sampel akhir yaitu 15 perusahaan retail yang memenuhi kriteria dari tahun 2016-2019. Sumber laporan keuangan perusahaan retail diperoleh dari idx.co.id dan website resmi perusahan yang dijadikan sampel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Terdapat hasil penelitian yang membuktikan jika semua hipotesis penelitian ini diterima. Equity multiplier berpengaruh signifkan negative, working capital turnover berpengaruh signifikan positif, current ratio signifkan negative dan netprofit margin berpengaruh signifikan positif. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.923 yang artinya equity multiplier, working capital turnover, current ratio dan netprofit margin berkontribusi menjelaskan return on equity sebesar 92.3%. Analysis of the Effect of Equity Multiplier, Working Capital Turn Over, Current Ratio and Profit Margin on Return on Equity in Retail and Trading Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016 - 2019. Thesis: Faculty of Economics and Business, Pancasakti University, Tegal. This study aims to test whether there is an effect of Equity Multiplier, Working Capital Turn Over, Current Ratio and Profit Margin on return on equity. The population used in this study were all retail companies included in the service sector, while the final sample was 15 retail companies that met the criteria from 2016-2019. Sources of financial reports for retail companies are obtained from idx.co.id and the official websites of the sample companies. The research method uses descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of study that prove if all research is accepted. Equity multiplier has a significant negative effect, working capital turnover has a significant positive effect, current ratio is significant negative and net profit margin has a significant positive effect. The coefficient of determination is 0.923, which means the multiplier of equity, working capital turnover, current ratio and net profit margin contribute to explain the return on equity of 92.3%.
