Abstract

Vannisa Dini Desyrani, 2021, The Relationship of Employee Empowerment, Teamwork, and Work Discipline with Employee Performance at the Karya Mina Village Unit Cooperative, Tegal City This study aims to determine the effect of the relationship between employee empowerment, teamwork, and work discipline with employee performance at the Karya Mina Village Cooperative Unit (KUD) in Tegal City, either partially or simultaneously. The purposes of this study are 1) to determine whether employee empowerment is with employee performance at the Karya Mina Village Cooperative Unit (KUD) in Tegal City, 2) to find out whether Teamwork and Employee Performance is at the Karya Mina Village Cooperative Unit (KUD) Tegal City, 3) To find out whether Work Discipline and Employee Performance in the Karya Mina Village Cooperative Unit (KUD) Tegal City. 4) To find out whether Employee Empowerment, Teamwork and Work Discipline with Employee Performance at the Karya Mina Village Cooperative Unit (KUD) Tegal City. The hypotheses of this research are 1) There is a relationship between employee empowerment and employee performance in the Karya Mina Village Unit Cooperative, Tegal City. 2) There is a teamwork relationship with employee performance in the Karya Mina Village Unit Cooperative, Tegal City. 3) There is a relationship between work discipline and employee performance in the Karya Mina Village Unit Cooperative, Tegal City. 4) There is a relationship between employee empowerment, teamwork, and work discipline simultaneously with employee performance in the Karya Mina Village Cooperative Unit, Tegal City. This type of research is associative research. The sample selection used purposive sampling, totaling 43 respondents. The data analysis technique used was sperm rank correlation analysis, Spearman rank correlation significance test, multiple correlation analysis, multiple correlation coefficient significance test and determination coefficient analysis. The conclusions of this study are 1) There is a strong relationship between Employee Empowerment and Employee Performance at KUD Karya Mina Tegal. 2) There is a relationship that is being Teamwork with Employee Performance at KUD Karya Mina Tegal. 3) There is a strong relationship between Work Discipline and Employee Performance at KUD Karya Mina Tegal. 4) There is a strong relationship between Employee Empowerment, Teamwork, Work Discipline and Employee Performance at KUD Karya Mina Tegal. with the results of multiple correlations obtained, namely 0.724 or 72.4% and the results of the F test are 14.5 and the coefficient of determination is 0.524 or 52.4% Kata kunci : Pemeberdayaan Karyawan, Kerjasama Tim, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
