Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan pajak daerah, pendapatan retribusi daerah, dana alokasi umum, dana alokasi khusus, dan belanja pegawaiterhadap belanja modal pada Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah Tahun 2016 - 2018. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Laporan Realisasi APBD Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2016-2018.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan Teknik Sampling Jenuh (Saturation Sampling) yang terdiri dari 29 Kabupaten dan 6 Kota.Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder laporan realisasi anggaran APBD kabupaten/kota di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan pajak daerah, pendapatan retribusi daerah, dana alokasi umum, dana alokasi khusus, dan belanja pegawai secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. Pendapatan pajak daerah berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 , pendapatan retribusi daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal dengan nilai signifikan 0,069 , dana alokasi umum tidak berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal dengan nilai signifikan 0,202 , dana alokasi khusus tidak berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal dengan nilai signifikan 0,341 dan belanja pegawai berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. Kata kunci: Pendapatan Pajak daerah, Pendapatan Retribusi Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Belanja Pegawai, Belanja Modal Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of local tax revenue , regional retribution revenue , general allocation fund , special allocation fund , and employee expenditures withto the capital expenditure capacity should come from government policy kabupaten / kota in Central Java period 2016 - 2018. A population that used of the research using on the report of actual from the apbd the local government of kabupaten / kota in central java period 2016-2018 . The sample that used of this research by using sampling technique saturated (saturation of the sampling method) consisting of 29 kabupaten and 6 kota .The data used in the form of secondary data on the report of actual from the apbd the local government of kabupaten / kota in central java.This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS 23 program.. The result showed that local tax revenue, regional retribution revenue, general allocation fund, special allocation fund, and employee expenditures simultaneously affects capital expenditure with a significant value of 0,000. Local tax revenue affects capital expenditure with a significant value of 0,000, regional retribution revenue will not affect capital expenditure with a significant value of 0,069, general allocation fund will not affect capital expenditure with a significant value of 0,202, special allocation fund will not affect capital expenditure with a significant value of 0,341 and employee expenditures affects capital expenditure with a significant value of 0,000.
