Abstract

Refany Ayunita, 2021, The Effect of Original Income, General Allocation Funds and Excess Budget Financing on the Allocation of District/City Government Capital Expenditures in Central Java Province (2015-2019). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of local revenue, general allocation funds and excess budget financing on the allocation of capital expenditures. Researchers use secondary data. Collecting the data needed by researchers using an intermediary government website, namely at www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id. The independent variables used in this study are local revenue, general allocation funds, excess budget financing and the dependent variable, namely the allocation of capital expenditures. In collecting data, researchers used documentation methods and online data tracing. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling technique with the existing population as the sample. The amount of data collected was 175 with the 2015-2019 period in local governments in Central Java Province. The results of this study reveal that local revenue and general allocation funds have a possitive effect on the allocation of capital expenditures in contrast to the remaining excess budget financing which does not have a possitive effect on the allocation of capital expenditures.
