Abstract

Ni'matullaeli, 2021, Effect of BI Rate, Rating Bonds and Debt to Equity Ratio Against Yield Corporate BondProperty and Real Estate Sector At Company Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange In the Year 2016-2020 This study aims to identify and obtain empirical evidence Influence BI Rate, Rating Bond, and Debt to Equity Ratio to Yield Bondof Property and Real Estate Sector Companies in Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. yields are Bondmeasured using Yield To Maturity. The population in this study is property and real estate companies that are listed and traded bonds on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which are also listed on PT PEFINDO for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method. Samples that meet the criteria are 6 property and real estate bonds from a total of 11 property and real estate bonds. The method of data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using SPSS 22 program. The results showed that the BI rate had a positive effect on bond yields with a significant value of 0.045, Bond Ratings had a negative effect on bond yields with a significant value of 0.007, Debt to Equity Ratio had no effect on bond yields with a significant value of 0.779. The coefficient of determination test results obtained Adjusted R Square of 0.393 or 39.30%. It can be interpreted that 39.30% yield bondin this study is influenced by the BI rate, bond rating, and debt to equity ratio. While the remaining 60.7% is influenced by other factors that cannot be explained in this study. Keywords: BI Rate, Rating Bonds, Debt to EquityRatio, Yield Bonds
