Abstract

Human resources (HR) has a very important role and function in developing a company. Employees will provide their best performance if the company provides a good quality of work life. Nevertheless, there are some employees who are willing to do work that is not their job. This employee behavior can be termed as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Employees who have a high level of OCB will be an important asset for an organization. They will obey orders from the leader. This research is conducted with the aim to know the impact of quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees’ performance in Primebiz Hotel Tegal, partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey method. While the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The result shows that there is a significant effect of quality of work life (QWL) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees’ performance at the significance level (=5%). 3). The results of simultaneous testing shows that there is a significant effect of quality of work life (QWL) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on performance employee.
