Abstract

Village development is an obligation that must be carried out by any village. Since the promulgation of the Law on Villages No. 6 of 2014 each village has an easy task to realize equitable development in the village. To build a better village, it cannot be separated from the responsibilities of the Village Head and other Village apparatus. Collaboration between various sectors, especially the community, as well as the private sector though. Collaborative governance is needed in improving village development so that it is better than before. This research aims to see how the efforts of the village government of Pacul Tegal Regency in improving village development with a collaborative governance approach. This study uses a qualitative approach to the data collection method by interviewing stakeholders in the development of the Village in Pacul Village Government. The results of this study indicate that the village government of Pacul in carrying out development always cooperates with the government and surrounding communities with a participatory model.
