Abstract

Indah Pawestri Setia Ningrum, 4115500091 "The Effect of Office Facilities and Work Discipline on the Performance of Petarukan Sub-district Officers in Pemalang Regency". Thesis: Management Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business, Pancasakti University, Tegal 2019. This study aims (1) To determine the effect of office facilities on the performance of Petalang District Pemalang District staff performance (2) To determine the effect of work discipline on Petalang District Petalang District office employees (3) To determine the effect of office facilities and work discipline on the performance of District Office employees pemalang district. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study was 45 people. And the sampling technique uses saturated samples, the respondents in this study were 45 people. The validity test of this instrument uses the product moment correlation technique at the level of significant 5% (0.05) with degrees of freedom r table = 0,294 (N = 45). While the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the statements contained in the questionnaire with a total of 22 statements have occurred valid and reliable. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis of office facilities and Work discipline simultaneously influence the performance of employees with a significance level of 0,000. Office facilities partially affect employee performance with a significance level of 0.001 meaning that the hypothesis is accepted, and work discipline has a partial effect on the performance of employees with a significance level of 0,000 meaning that the hypothesis is accepted and the results of the R Square test show the results R2 = 0.732% means that 73,2% of the performance employees (Y) are influenced by variable office facilities (X1) and work discipline (X2), the remaining 26.8% is influenced by other factors outside the model.
