Abstract

ABSTRAK Hendra Gunawan Saputra. UPAYA ADVOKAT DALAM PENDAMPINGAN HUKUM TERHADAP KORBAN TINDAK PIDANA PELECEHAN SEKSUAL DI WILAYAH HUKUM POLRES TEGAL. Skripsi. Korban adalah Mereka yang menderita jasmaniah dan rohaniah sebagai akibat tindakan orang lain yang mencari pemenuhan kepentingan diri sendiri atau orang lain yang bertentangan dengan kepentingan hak asasi pihak yang dirugikan Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Untuk Mengetahui Upaya pendampingan hukum yang diberikan oleh Advokat terhadap Korban tindak pidana pelecehan seksual. (2) Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi oleh advokat dalam pendampingan hukum terhadap korban tindak pidana pelecahan seksual di wilayah hukum polres tegal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan peran advokat dalam pendampingan terhadap korban pelecehan seksual diwilayah hukum polres tegal dan bekerjasama dengan lembaga perlindungan saksi dan korban ( LPSK). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan akan menjadi bahan informasi dan masukan bagi Mahasiswa, Akademisi, Praktisi, dan semua pihak yang membutuhkan di lingkungan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. THE EFFORT OF ADVOCATES IN LEGAL ASSOCIATION OF VICTIMS OF SEXUAL HARASSION CRIMINAL AT TEGAL POLICE LAW AREA. Thesis. Tegal: Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, University of Pancasakti, Tegal, 2020. Victims are those who suffer physically and spiritually as a result of the actions of others who seek the fulfillment of self or others' interests that are contrary to the rights of the injured party This study aims: (1) To find out the legal assistance efforts provided by lawyers against victims of sexual harassment. (2) To find out the obstacles faced by lawyers in legal assistance against victims of criminal acts of sexual abuse in the legal area of the Tegal Police Station. The results of this study indicate the role of advocates in assisting victims of sexual harassment in the area of the Tegal police precinct and in collaboration with witness and victim protection institutions (LPSK). Based on the results of the study it is hoped that it will become information and input material for students, academics, practitioners and all parties who need it in the Faculty of Law, University of Pancasakti Tegal.
