Abstract

ABSTRAK Toto Yulianto, 2020. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Pemuda Dan Olahraga Kabupaten Tegal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengujian asumsi klasik, metode suksesif interval, analisis regresi beerganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai sig = 0,003 < 0,0 dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai sig = 0,013 < 0,05. Hasil analisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai sig = 0,013 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja. Hasil analisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai sig = 0,000 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja dengan menggunakan uji F diperoleh nilai sig = 0,000 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. To analyze the effect of communication on employee performance, 4). To analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and communication together on employee performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. While the data analysis method used is classical assumption testing, interval successive method, multiple regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the analysis of the influence of leadership on performance using the t test obtained sig = 0.003 <0.0 can be concluded that the significant influence of leadership on employee performance. The results of the analysis of the influence of the work environment on performance using the t test obtained sig = 0.013 <0.05. The results of the analysis of the influence of the work environment on performance using the t test obtained sig = 0.013 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the work environment on performance. The results of the analysis of the effect of communication on performance using the t test obtained sig = 0,000 <0.05 can be concluded that there is a significant effect of communication on employee performance. The results of the analysis of the influence of leadership, work environment and communication together on performance using the F test obtained sig = 0,000 <0.05 can be concluded that there is a significant influence of leadership, work environment and communication together on employee performance.
