The flood disaster that struck several pantura areas in the past, especially the surrounding Brebes area, is a lesson for all of us to be aware of disasters that can threaten us at any time. One effort to evacuate and can also be used as a means of transportation in flood conditions is to make amphibious bicycles plus buoys and engines, so that bicycles can float and can be moved over water, a material that can be used to make amphibious bicycle frames, namely aluminum cans made from aluminum alloys. . The method used in this study is an experimental method that is with variations in pouring temperature (600 ℃), (700 ℃), (800 ℃). The data to be analyzed will be in the form of the value of the strength of the corrosion test and bending test generated after several tests have been carried out. From the research results of the composition test with aluminum alloy material from canned waste there are elements Si 8.74, Fe 0.85, Cu 2.27, Mn 0.19, Cr 0.03, Ni 0.05, Zn 4.22, Mg 0,20, Ca 0,00, Na 0,01, Pb 0,21, Al 83,1. As for the value of good corrosion rate is in the specimen with a temperature of 800 ℃ because it has the lowest corrosion rate value of 0.0008 mpy.
