Abstract

UUNG HIAS ANUGRAH, 2023. "Performance of Automatic Portable Pineapple Skin Peeler Machine" Thesis Report of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Pancasakti University Tegal 2023. In this study, the procedure for using an automatic portable pineapple skin peeler and determine the power consumption of a pineapple skin peeler using the Dinamo DC 775, the Dinamo Bison B-200, and the Dinamo Power Window IZY. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for using the machine and to determine the power consumption of a pineapple skin peeler using the Dinamo DC 775, the Dinamo Bison B-200, and the Dinamo Power Window IZY. This pineapple peeler machine uses 3 different dynamos, namely the DC 775 dynamo, the Bison B-200 dynamo, the IZY Power Window dynamo. In testing the engine using a DC 775 dynamo for 1 minute, a power of 0.15548 kWh was obtained, then in testing the engine using a Bison B-200 dynamo for 1 minute, a power of 0.653016 kWh was obtained, and for testing the engine using the IZY Power Window dynamo for 1 minutes the power obtained is 1.4534 kWh. This pineapple skin peeling machine can be said to be unsuccessful when using DC 775 and Bison B-200 dynamos because the power from the two types of dynamos is not large enough to peel pineapple skin, but when using the three types of Power Window IZY machines can peel well and quite successful.
