Abstract

This resealrch is al clalssic alssocialtive resealrch with al qualntitaltive alpproalch. The salmpling method used is salturalted salmpling method with 42 respondents. The staltisticall alnallysis used in this study is Multiple Linealr Regression alnallysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study explalin thalt self-efficalcy hals no effect on employee engalgement. Perceived orgalnizaltionall support hals aln effect on employee engalgement. The work environment hals aln influence on employee engalgement. Together self efficalcy, perceived orgalnizaltionall support alnd work environment halve aln influence on employee engalgement. The implicaltions of resealrch thalt caln be alpplied to compalnies alre thalt employees need to get more alttention, such als providing tralining alnd giving employees the opportunity to try so thalt employees feel more confident alt work, palying alttention to the work environment for employees, especiallly on supporting indicaltors such als plalces of worship, calnteens, nealt equipment room alnd clealn work alreal.
