Abstract

AGUS SALIM, NPM 3217500013. Analysis of Cultivation of Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) in Wanasari District, Brebes Regency (Supervisor: Nurjanah and Ninik Umi Hartanti) Tilapia is a fishery commodity that is most in demand by the community because there is alot of demand, in addition to a lot of demand for tilapia is also easy to cultivate. This research was conducted in 10 - 25 July 2023. The purpose of this study was to determine how much profit, capital, costs and risks of tilapia enlargement cultivation in Wanasari sub-district, Brebes district. The method applied in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods with interview and questionnaire survey techniques. The sample used was 7 respondents. The results showed the following: Profits range from 6600000 - 12750000 rupiah per year with an average of 9207143 per year. Revenue cost ratio 1.51 - 1.76 with an average of 1.63, payback period 0.53 -1.43years with an average of 0.84 years, break event point 999999 to 2699999 rupiah with an average of 1657142 rupiah, net present value 29404023 - 58390415 rupiah with an average of 39451453, internal net of return 82.62% - 220.59 with an average of 154.91%, standard deviation value Rp. 9288364, coefficient of variation 1.009 and lower limit of profit Rp 9369586. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the tilapia aquaculture business in Wanasari District, Brebes Regency is feasible to continue. Keywords: Analysis, tilapia farming, Brebes.
