FAHRIN KUSUMA EKAMULYA (3120600001). Measurable Fishing Rules Implementation Strategy at Tegalsari Fishing Port Tegal City. (Supervisor: NOOR ZUHRY and HERU KURNIAWAN ALAMSYAH) Measurable fishing rules are aimed at maintaining the sustainability of fish resources, increasing regional economic growth, and improving the welfare of fishermen. The PIT rules has been further strengthened by the issuance of Government Regulation (PP) No. 11 of 2023 concerning Measurable Fishing. In PP no. 11 of 2023. The PIT rules is still experiencing polemics in its implementation, including at PPP Tegalsari, Tegal City, causing delays in its implementation. The author aims to develop a Measurable Fishing rules Implementation Strategy at PPP Tegalsari, Tegal City for the government's rules approach. This research was carried out in January 2024 at the Tegalsari Coastal Fishing Port (PPP), Tegal City. The material used is qualitative data from the implementation stages of the Measured Fishing Rules (PIT) which has been realized at PPP Tegalsari, Tegal City. The collection technique used was observation, documentation, interviews and analysis using Analisys Hierachy Process (AHP). The results of this research by developing a strategy for implementing the Measured Catch Rules (PIT) at the Tegalsari Fishery Port (PPP) have been obtained based on each level. At level I are Objectives, Level II Criteria (Scenarios), and Level III Alternatives, which have been arranged from highest to lowest weighting priority. At Level (Objective) I Strategy for Implementing Measurable Fishing Policies at the Tegalsari Coastal Fishing Port (PPP) Tegal City, at level II starting from criteria (1) Human Resources; (2) Operational Activities; (3) Fish Resources; and (4) Production Data Reporting System and at Level III the alternative is composed of (1) Empowering Fishermen to Implement PIT Rules; (2) Post-Production Monitoring and Inspection; (3) Determination of Corrective Action; and (4) Equal Level of Fisherman Compliance with the PIT Rules.
