Abstract

Isye Anjani, 2024 “K3 Risk Management (Occupational Safety and Health) in the Parking Building Construction Project at PT. SAS Kreasindo Utama Tegal”. Civil Engineering thesis report, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Pancasakti University, Tegal 2023. This research discusses occupational safety and health (K3) issues in general which are still often neglected. The aim of risk management is to recognize risks in a project and develop strategies to reduce or even avoid them, on the other hand we must also look for ways to maximize existing opportunities. In this research, we will examine the identification of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) risks related to the Parking Building Construction project activities and the assessment of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) risks that occur in the Parking Building Construction project activities. In this research, a risk assessment method will be used using a risk assessment matrix. Once identified, these risks will be assessed to determine how big the risks are in the Parking Building Construction project. From this research, a total of 29 risks were identified, each of which included 3 risks (10%) from preparatory work, 2 risks (7%) from earthworks, 8 risks (28%) from foundation work, 2 risks (7 %) from structural work, 3 risks (10%) from roof & canopy work, 2 risks (7%) from cladding work, 3 risks (10%) from steel frame ladder work, 3 risks (10%) from floor work, 3 risks (10%) of the paint job. The level of risk assessment obtained was low risk totaling 15 risks (52%) and Medium risk totaling 7 risks (24%) and high risk totaling 7 risks (24%). The risk acceptance categories were categorized as negligible (completely acceptable) totaling 8 risks (28%), acceptable (acceptable) totaling 7 risks (24%), undesirable (unexpected) totaling 11 risks (38%), and unacceptable (Unable accepted) amounts to 3 risks (10%),. Providing control over K3 risks that occur in parking building construction projects by using complete Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Keywords: Management, Risk, K3
