Abstract

Fatigue is a problem factor that is examined in work research, using a comparison of the influence factors between fixed working hours and changes in working hours at CV Mono Indah. Search for data using questionnaires and calculating data using the Nordic Body Map (NBA), Industrial Research Fatigue Committee (IRFC) and Bourdoun Wiersman methods. The results of the analysis calculations show that the NBM method value for the Shift value remains 917.00 with an average of 65.50, while the new Shift value is 816.00 with an average of 58.50, so we get a difference of 189.00, which means it has decreased. The value of the IRFC method is that there is a high risk for 2 people and 12 others are medium. With Fixed Shift, the risk level is found for 12 people being medium and 2 people being low. The Compare Means test results of the NBM and IRFC methods have the same value, namely Asymp. Sig 0.00 < 0.05 according to the basis for decision making. Percentage results, the speed value of the permanent shift is in the good category, 11 people are quite good, 3 people are in the good group, 14 people are in the new shift. Accuracy assessment, the shift remains in the good category of 14 workers with the new shift being in the good category of 1 worker, good enough for 2 workers and good enough for 11 workers. The Constant Shift assessment remained in the sufficient group, 4 people, 2 people unsure, 8 people less. In the new shift, 5 people are quite good, 6 people are good, 2 people are unsure and 1 person is not good enough.
