Abstract

Muhamad Rizki Apri Fauzi, 2024 "Musculoskeletal Analysis using the RULA and REBA Methods in Food Truck cooks". Industrial Engineering thesis report, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Pancasakti Tegal University 2024. Disorders of the muscular skeletal system due to work activities are known as Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). MSDs are disorders or damage that occur in the muscular skeletal system, including skeletal muscles and skeletal bones, which occur in several Food Truck traders on Jl. Ahmad Yani in Tegal. Food Truck is a type of business with a new method and is still not very popular among the public, Business actors who use food trucks usually consist of several people and each has its own jobdesk, usually including cooks and waiters. Dissemination of Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, determining RULA risk score, determining REBA risk score, and anthropometric calculations. The decrease in subjective complaints from several respondents using the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, from those before the improvement of work facilities had an average value of 50.2 (medium) and after repair had an average value of 34.7 (low), and a decrease in risk score from the Rapid Umber Line Assessment (RULA) method before facility improvement had a score of 4 and after repair had a score of 3, and a decrease in the risk score from the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method before the repair has a score of 5 (Medium Risk) and after the repair to 3 (Low Risk), the improvement of work facilities is by making a chair to support the absence of musculoskeletal risk in Food Truck cooks.
