Abstract
Lutfi Hakim, 2024. “The Effect Of Waterproofing As a Mixture On The Compressive Strength Of Post-Fired K-250 Quality Concrete”. Civil Engineering Thesis Report, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Pancasakti University, Tegal 2024. This research seeks to explore and describe the effect of waterproofing as a mixture on the compressive strength of post-fired K-250 quality concrete. There are three objectives in this research, namely first, to determine the comparative value of compressive strength in normal concrete using the addition of an Integral Waterproofing admixture with the burning time in K-250 quality concrete with a variation in the burning time of 2 hours with a temperature of 200 C. Second, to find out the right percentage to add waterproofing so as to get quality concrete with good compressive strength. Third, to find out the planning for K-250 quality concrete with Waterproofing admixture in fire-resistant concrete structures. The method used is an experiment in making K 250 quality concrete products with additional materials (admixture) using "damdex" waterproofing. The research results show that the use of waterproofing concrete as a mixture of normal and post-fired concrete is to change the properties of the concrete to make it more suitable for certain jobs. The use of a percentage of waterproofing concrete mixture as a mixture greatly influences the compressive strength of concrete which results in higher and more optimal concrete strength compared to normal concrete. comparison of the compressive strength value of waterproofing concrete under normal conditions, namely at a percentage of 10% with the highest average compressive strength result of 21,56 Mpa or equivalent to 259.76 kg/m² at a concrete age of 28 days and in the condition that the post-burning waterproofing concrete has decreased with the highest average compressive strength results of 18.32 MPa or the equivalent of 220.77 kg/m² at a concrete age of 28 days. Keywords: Waterproofing, Mixed Materials, Compressive Strength, K-250 Quality Qoncrete
