Abstract

Banking is a financial institution that plays an important role in a country's economy, so supervision of the level of bank health is needed as reflected in the bank's performance. Based on PBI No. 13/I/PBI/2011 concerning assessing the health level of commercial banks, Bank Indonesia has established a risk-based bank health level assessment system using Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) which consists of four components, namely Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital. Objective in study This is For analyze And know influence Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital to Price Share with Profitability as Intervening on company banks that go public on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2018 – 202 2, namely 1) to test and analyze the influence of risk profile, Good Corporate Govenant, Earnings, Capital on profitability . 2).To test and analyze the influence of risk profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital on share prices . 3) To test and analyze the influence of profitability on share prices . 4). To test and analyze the influence of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital on share prices mediated by profitability. Population in study This company banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2018-2022 . Amount sample used _ as many as 70 samples that is from 14 banks publish report finance with complete And related with research variables as well as regular banks share dividend during 2018-2022 . Analysis of the data used is in this research analysis validity test, reliability test, description analysis And SEM analysis- based on Variance - PLS 3. The results of data processing using SEM-PLS 3 produced values that describe the influence of the Risk Profile variable on profitability of -0.799, Good Corporate Governant on profitability of 0.150, earnings on profitability of 0.945, Capital on profitability of 0.980, Risk Profile on share prices of -0.155 , Good Corporate Governant to share price of 0.028, Earning to share price of 0.108, Capital to share price of 0.201, Profitability to price shares is 0.215, the P-Value of profitability mediates Non Performing Loans to share prices is -1.22, P-Value value of profitability mediating Good Corporate Governant on share prices is 0.04, P-Value value of profitability mediating Earnings on share prices is 0.03, P-Value value of profitability mediates Capital on share price is 0.03 From the results study can concluded that 1) . Risk Profile negative effect on profitability , Good Corporate Governance , Earnings , Capital influential positive to profitability , 2 ). Risk Profile negative influence to share prices , .
