ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of biological asset intensity, size of the company, international level and managerial ownership on the disclosure of biological assets in plantations companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. This type of research is descriptive verification. The population in this study were all plantations companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, where the sample was selected by purposive sampling method. Through this method 13 companies were selected. Data collection methods are documentary studies. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the biological assets intensity has a significant positive effect on the disclosure of biological assets.
