Abstract

Putri Aaliyah Syaharani, 2024, The Influence of Big Five Personality, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Citizenship behavior on Employee Engagement of Employees at the Regional Public Company Tirta Bahari Drinking Water, Tegal City. This research aims 1) to determine the influence of the Big Five Personalities on employee engagement of employees at the Regional Public Company for Drinking Water Tirta Bahari, Tegal City, 2) To determine the influence of Organizational Commitment on employee engagement for employees at the Regional Public Company for Drinking Water Tirta Bahari, Tegal City, 3) To determine the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee engagement of employees at the Regional Public Company for Drinking Water Tirta Bahari, Tegal City, 4) To determine the influence of the Big Five Personality, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee engagement at the Regional Public Company for Drinking Water Tirta Bahari, Tegal City . This research uses a quantitative method with data analysis tools used, namely validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, MSI test (Method of Successful Interval), multiple linear recreation, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test. The population in this study was employees of the Tirta Bahari Regional Drinking Water Company, Tegal City, totaling 30 respondents, and the sample used in this study used random sampling (Probability sampling) using the Slovin formula The test results in this research showed that (1) the big five personality had a partial effect on employee engagement as shown by the calculated t value of 4.889 > t table 1.697 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) organizational commitment has a partial effect on employee engagement as shown by the calculated t value of 3.069 > t table 1.697 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a partial effect on employee engagement as shown by the calculated t value of 10.585 > t table 1.697 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. (4) Big Five Personality, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior partially influence employee engagement with F count 168.807 > F table 2.92 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that Big Five Personality, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior influence Employee Engagement of employees of the Tirta Bahari Regional Drinking Water Company, Tegal City.
