Abstract

MIFTAHUL HADI NA’IMUL AHMAD (NPM : 3119500009) Analisis Sistem bagi hasil Kapal Jaring Tarik Berkantong (JTB) GT 95 di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Tegalsari. (Dosen pembimbing : Ir. Sri mulyani dan Ir. Kusnandar). Sistem bagi hasil 50 % : 50 % dan 60 % : 40 % merupakan kesepakatan pembagian keuntungan dalam perjanjian kerjasama. Perjanjian kerjasama yang vii dilakukan oleh nelayan kapal jaring tarik berkantong (JTB) GT 95 yang berada di pelabuhan perikanan nusantara (PPN) dilakukan secara turun temurun dan secara lisan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sistem bagi hasil yang di terapkan oleh pemilik kapal jaring tarik bergantong (JTB) GT 95 di PPN Tegalsari. Materi yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah nelayan pemilik kapal dan nelayan ABK serta pendapatan ABK Kapal jaring tarik berkantong (JTB) GT 95 di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Tegalsari. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis dekskriptif dan analisis bagi hasil untuk melihat pendapatan ABK kapal jaring tarik berkantong (JTB) GT 95. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata -rata pendapatan ABK kapal jaring tarik berkantong (JTB) GT95 dengan sistem bagi hasil 50 % : 50 % adalah Rp.8.688.000/Trip dan Rp 3.470.000/bulan. Sedangkan pada sistem bagi hasil 60 % : 40 % rata rata pendapatan ABK adalah Rp. 6.422.857/trip dan Rp. 1.532.727/bulan. Upah minimum Kota (UMK) Tegal tahun 2024 adalah Rp2.231.628,00. Untuk memperoleh bagi hasil perikanan dengan penghasilan diatas UMK Kota Tegal dan secara adil antara pemilik kapal dengan nelayan pekerja maka sistem bagi hasil dilakukan dengan proporsi 50 % : 50% Dengan demikian, analisis ini menunjukkan pentingnya sistem bagi hasil yang adil dan berkelanjutan untuk kesejahteraan para ABK di sektor perikanan Kata kunci : sistem bagi hasil,kapal jaring tarik berkantong,PPNTegalsari. ABSTRACT MIFTAHUL HADI NA'IMUL AHMAD (NPM: 3119500009) Analysis of the Profit Sharing System of Bag-Handled Net Vessels (JTB) GT 95 at the Nusantara Fisheries Port (PPN) Tegalsari. (Supervisors: Ir. Srimulyani and Ir. Kusnandar). The profit sharing system of 50%: 50% and 60%: 40% is an agreement on profit sharing in a cooperation agreement. The cooperation agreement made by viii fishermen of bag-handled net vessels (JTB) GT 95 located at the Nusantara Fisheries Port (PPN) is carried out hereditarily and verbally. The purpose of this study is to analyze the profit sharing system implemented by the owners of baghandled net vessels (JTB) GT 95 at the Tegalsari PPN. The material used as the object of this study is the fishermen who own the ship and the ABK fishermen and the income of the ABK of the bag net boat (JTB) GT 95 at the Nusantara Fisheries Port (PPN) Tegalsari. The method in this study uses a case study method. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis and profit sharing analysis to see the income of the ABK of the bag net boat (JTB) GT 95. The results of the study show that the average income of the ABK of the bag net boat (JTB) GT95 with a profit sharing system of 50%: 50% is IDR 8,688,000 / Trip and IDR 3,470,000 / month. While in the profit sharing system of 60%: 40% the average income of the ABK is IDR 6,422,857 / trip and IDR 1,532,727 / month. The minimum wage of Tegal City (UMK) in 2024 is IDR 2,231,628.00. To obtain a share of fisheries profits with income above the UMK of Tegal City and fairly between ship owners and working fishermen, the profit sharing system is carried out with a proportion of 50%: 50%.
