Abstract

ABSTRACT Bank is a financial institution which has main role in economic activity in a country. A healthy bank can develop and guarantee the trust of the society. Bank health measurement method has been developing. The latest two methods are CAMEL and RGEC. This research aims to compare the PT BPR Central Artha health level using CAMEL and RGEC methods in 2017-2019 period. This research is a descriptive research using quantitative approach. The subject of this research is the PT BPR Central Artha financial report. The data was taken from secondary data containing the 2017-2019 PT BPR Central Artha financial report. Analyzing technique which used is CAMEL and RGEC methods. The method was done by determining a bank health level which is categorized into bank health rank. The research reveals that the measurement of PT BPR Central Artha health level using CAMEL and RGEC shows that the bank health predicate is in line with the standar made by bank of indonesia in the period of 2017-2019. The majority of PT BPR Central Artha achieved the predicate “HEALTHY” so that. PT BPR Central Artha’s work must be maintained by maintaining its health level.
