Abstract

Hendri Susanto, 2020, The Effect of Job Stress and Locus of Control on Employee Performance of CV. Naga Mas Mitra Sentosa Cirebon Human Resources are a very valuable asset for the company, it is difficult for the company to achieve its goals without superior Human Resources. The problems that occurred in CV. Naga Mas Mitra Sentosa Cirebon is the reason I took this title. Job stress and locus of control are interrelated variables that can affect employee performance. For this, the researcher wants to know whether there is an effect of work stress and locus of control on employee performance. The method used in this study using multiple linear regression with the collection method using a questionnaire. The population is 38 people with a sample of 38 people using a saturated sample. The results obtained from this study: 1) Job stress affects the performance of employees of CV. Naga Mas Mitra Sentosa Cirebon with a significant value of 0.000 less than α (0.05) and the regression coefficient value of 0.447 and the t-test results obtained tcount of 5.288. 2) Locus of control has no effect on the employee performance of CV. Naga Mas Mitra Sentosa Cirebon with a significant value of more than α (0.05) which is equal to 0.376 and the regression coefficient value of 0.128 with the t test obtained t count 0.896. 3) Job stress and locus of control together have an influence on employee performance CV. Naga Mas Mitra Sentosa Cirebon by producing a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and simultaneously significant test, the calculated F value of 24.580> 3.24. 4) The coefficient of determination test results with an R square value of 0.584 or equal to 58.4%, meaning that the performance of the employees of CV. Naga Mas Mitra Sentosa Cirebon 58.4% influenced by independent variables (job stress and locus of control). The conclusion is that there is an influence between job stress on the performance of the employees of CV. Naga Mas Mitra Sentosa Cirebon, There is no influence of locus of control on the employee performance of CV. Naga Mas Mitra Sentosa Cirebon, there is an influence between job stress and locus of control on the performance of employees of CV. Naga Mas Mitra Sentosa Cirebon.
