Abstract

This thesis is titled "( The Effect of Using Superplasticizer and Fc 30 MPA Concrete Waste as a Partial Substitute for Coarse Aggregate on K-175 Concrete Quality)" This thesis was written by ROHADI, NPM 6516500073.2023 Civil Engineering Study Program of pancasakti tegal university, Concrete is a mixture of cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, and water, with no additional mixed materials that make up the solid mass. in the general sense of concrete means a mixture of building materials in the form of sand and gravel or coral then tied cement mixed with water. with this the increasing use of concrete makes the need for concrete production increase. not only that, with the need for high concrete in the construction world, the use of aggregate as concrete supporting materials is also increasing. Bending tensile strength is the ability of concrete blocks placed on two placings to withstand force with the perpendicular direction of the axis of the test object, which is given to it, until the test object is broken and expressed in mega pascal (Mpa) style of each unit area.in conducting research on crude aggregate waste on high quality concrete against the strong value of bending concrete writers using experimental methods, the experimental method is an action and observation planned in order to produce a product that can be useful as well as used and by the general public. the purpose of writing concrete waste innovation as a coarse aggregate on concrete is to know the quality of concrete to be produce by innovation of concrete waste as coarse aggregate. Research on concrete waste as a coarse aggregate On high quality concrete against strong value bending concrete and strong press will be carried out in pt laboratory. Nisajana Hasna Rizqy - Tegal Regency as a means of place and means of supporting the ongoing research, data analysis method of laboratory test results, laboratory tests carried out are as follows, matrial weighing using weather, aggregate filtering using one specified SNI, Different mixture proportions aim to find the proportion of variants capable of producing the best flexible strong value.some variants made include pure matrial split variants, pure matrial variants 50% matrial waste 50%,100% variants, Use of 50% - 50% variants and 100% waste for high quality concrete cannot achieve the planned quality in accordance with the concrete job mix.
