Abstract

DIMAS BISMO SEKTI (NPM : 3120600016). Analysis of the Level of Fishermen's Satisfaction with Fish Auction Services at the Tanjungsari Fish Auction Place (FAP), Sugihwaras Village, Pemalang District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java. (Advisors : KUSNANDAR dan NOOR ZUHRY). The function of the fish auction place (FAP) is to provide services to fishermen to sell their catch. The existence of facilities at TPI is closely related to the level of satisfaction of its users. The objective of the reseach to was determine the level of fishermen's satisfaction fish auction at Tanjungsari Fish Auction place. The research was carried out in July- August 2023 and took place at the Tanjungsari Fish Auction Place (FAP), Pemalang Regency. The material used was the fish auction place (FAP) Tanjungsari, Pemalang Regency. The method used was case study. Data were analyzed through Likert Scale calculations. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the average value of fishermen's satisfaction level related fish auction services at the Tanjungsari fish auction place was in the Satisfied category with the value scale was 66.
