Abstract

TRIO ULUL AZMI G. E. (3117500012) Analysis of Fishermen's Satisfaction Level Towards Fish Auction Facilities (TPI) krakahan Brebes Regency (Supervisors: SRI MULYANI and KUSNANDARI). This port has functions in mooring services, loading and unloading, quality development, marketing, catch data collection, counseling, and environmental supervision. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of fishermen's satisfaction with the Krakahan Fish Auction Place service facilities in Brebes Regency and the factors that influence the level of fishermen's satisfaction with the Fish Auction Place facilities based in Krakahan, Brebes Regency. The method used in this research is the survey method. According to Simamora (2002) the number of samples taken amounted to 17 people. Likert scale measurement shows that fishermen's satisfaction level toward TPI Krakahan is in very satisfied category with average score of 75. Factors such as climate, overfishing, and optimal supporting facilities affect production yield and production value. The existence of fishermen's satisfaction shows that TPI Krakahan has provided good service although there are some aspects that need to be improved, especially in optimizing supporting facilities.
