Abstract

Chory Nur Anisa, 2024 "Performance Analysis of Non-Signalized Intersections in Slawi City (Case Study of Procot Intersection)" Civil Engineering Study Program, Pancasakti University Tegal. The development of transportation in Tegal Regency has an impact on increasing the movement of people, goods and services. It is also very demands increased transportation facilities and infrastructure in Tegal Regency. An increase in the number of vehicles that is not balanced with infrastructure will cause conflict on the road, especially at the intersection of Jl. Hos Cokro Aminoto – Jl. Mayjend Sutoyo – Jl. Letjend Sutoyo who needs evaluation. This research aims to determine the performance of unsignalized intersections in field conditions based on the 1997 MKJI guidelines, the level of conflict and the level of service at the intersection. From the results of research and discussion at the intersection of Jl. Hos Cokro Aminoto – Jl. Mayjend Sutoyo – Jl. Letjend Sutoyo obtained an average approach width (WI) of 1.015 meters, total traffic flow volume (Qtot) 2468.5 smp/hour, Saturation degree value (DS) 1.16, Intersection traffic delay (DTi) 28.61 sec/smp, main road traffic delay (DTMA) 17.60 sec/smp, intersection geometric delay (DG) 4 sec/smp, intersection delay (D) 32.61 sec/smp, and queuing opportunity (QP) upper limit 87.63% and the lower limit is 46.15%. Based on research and discussion of the performance of the Jl. Hos Cokro Aminoto – Jl. Mayjend Sutoyo – Jl. Letjend Sutoyo has a service level of D or less. This shows that this intersection is approaching oversaturation, which causes quite long queues during peak hours. Keywords ; Capacity of Unmarked Intersection, Degree of Saturation, Delay MKJI 1997
