Abstract

Moh. Reza Renaldi, 2024 "Redesign of the Sigeleng River Weir Using the Rubber Weir Method". Civil Engineering Thesis Report, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Pancasakti University, Tegal 2024. On the Sigeleng river there is a permanent weir, but the performance of the weir is less than optimal. Based on a survey I conducted in the field, this was caused by the structure of the weir not being suitable for the conditions of the Sigeleng river, moreover the project location is near the village of Randusanga where floods often occur, due to the low topography of the area and the overflow of the Sigeleng river itself. Based on the conditions above, it is necessary to redesign the Sigeleng river weir using the rubber weir method. To redesign the weir, several analyzes were carried out. This analysis includes hydrological analysis calculating rainfall using the Pearson III Log method with a distribution test using the Chi Square method, then calculating the planned flood discharge using the Haspers method. From the analysis that has been carried out, the magnitude of the flood discharge on the Sigeleng river, Brebes Regency, was obtained using the Haspers method. It was determined that the maximum discharge was 77.2 m3/s. The budget plan for the redesign planning costs is IDR. 561,978,951.00 Keywords: Weir Redesign Rubber, Sigeleng Rive
