Abstract
Adi Irawan, 2024 "Designing a 360-Degree Vidiobooth Using Reverse Engineering and Kansei Engineering Methods" Industrial Engineering Thesis Report, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Pancasakti University, Tegal 2024. A 360 videobooth is a type of platform stand that captures a full 360-degree view of a person or a group of people. Designing a 360-degree videobooth involves significant creative challenges. The concept of reverse engineering in the industry is basically to analyze an existing product (from another manufacturer) as a basis for designing a new product of the same kind, by minimizing weaknesses and increasing the product advantages of its competitors Kansei engineering was introduced by Prof. Mitsuo Nagamachi in 1970. Kansei engineering is a technology that unites kansei (feelings and emotions) with the discipline of engineering (engineering). Kansei engineering is used in product development to obtain consumer satisfaction, namely by analyzing human feelings and emotions and connecting these feelings and emotions into product design. The results of the grouping of the above factor tests found 3 factors, namely: Factor 1: Affordable, Strong, Easy to repair, Components are easy to get, Easy to use, factor 2: Strength of materials, Easy to distinct, Modern, Unique, factor 3: Innovative, attractive, Supporting Facilities, Easy to maintain. Comparison of old products Fit only 2 people, Footrest using plywood, Using buttons, The controller place does not exist yet, Tripot 1. The product to be designed Fits up to 3 people Max weight 200 kg, Footing using iron boards, Using a remote, The controller is already there, Tripot 2. In this study, Kansei Engineering Type-I Category Classification is used so that it is recommended for further research to use other kansei types with the aim of getting more useful products.
