Abstract
ABSTRACT The research objective was to analyze (1) the effect of company size on audit delay, (2) the effect of company age on audit delay, (3) the effect of profitability on audit delay, (4) the effect of solvency on audit delay, (5) the influence of audit committees on audit delay. Data collection uses secondary data sources on manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, data analysis: descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression, f, t tests and the coefficient is terminated. The results of the study, (1) firm size (negative) effect on Audit delay, (2) company age does not affect Audit delay, (3) profitability does not affect Audit delay, (4) solvency affects Audit delay, (5) committee Audit has a effect on Audit delay. Keywords: company size, company age, profitability, solvency, audit committee and audit delay.
