Abstract

ABSTRAK Eni Maryati, 2020, “Hubungan Pengalaman Kerja, Tingkat Pendidikan dan Prestasi Kerja Terhadap Pengembangan Karir Di Puskesmas Penusupan Kabupaten Tegal”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) menganalisis hubungan pengalaman kerja terhadap pengembangan karier pada pegawai Puskesmas Penusupan. 2) menganalisis hubungan tingkat pendidikan terhadap pengembangan karier pada pegawai Puskesmas Penusupan. 3) menganalisis hubungan prestasi kerja terhadap pengembangan karier pada pegawai Puskesmas Penusupan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Puskesmas Penusupan yaitu sebanyak 60 pegawai. Berkaitan pemilihan sampel dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan, peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling (metode pemilihan sampel berdasarkan karakteristik tertentu). Adapun kriteria yang dimaksud hanya pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil selain penjaga malam. Oleh karena itu maka jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 38 pegawai. Hasil penelitian yaitu: 1) terdapat hubungan pengalaman kerja terhadap pengembangan karier pada pegawai Puskesmas Penusupan. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,509 (positif) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Hubungan positif bermakna hubungan searah yaitu jika pengalaman kerja seseorang bertambah banyak, maka pengembangan karirnya juga akan semakin meningkat. Sebaiknya pengalaman kerja yang semakin sedikit akan menurunkan kemungkinan pengembangan karier pada diri seseorang. 2) terdapat hubungan tingkat pendidikan terhadap pengembangan karier pada pegawai Puskesmas Penusupan. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,607 (positif) dan nilai nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Hubungan positif bermakna hubungan searah yaitu jika pendidikan terakhir seseorang semakin tinggi, maka pihak manajemen akan semakin mempertimbangkan dalam pengembangan karirnya. 3) terdapat hubungan prestasi kerja terhadap pengembangan karier pada pegawai Puskesmas Penusupan. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,419 (positif) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Hubungan positif bermakna hubungan searah yaitu jika prestasi kerja seseorang naik, maka pengembangan karirnya juga akan semakin meningkat. Sebaiknya prestasi kerja yang semakin turun, juga akan menurunkan kemungkinan pengembangan karier pada diri seseorang. The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze the relationship between work experience and career development in the staff of Puskesmas Penusupan. 2) analyze the relationship between education level and career development in Puskesmas Puskesmas staff. 3) analyze the relationship between work performance and career development in Puskesmas Puskesmas staff. The population in this study were all employees of the Puskesmas Penusupan which were 60 employees. Regarding sample selection and the number of samples used, researchers used a purposive sampling technique (the method of selecting samples based on certain characteristics). The criteria are only for Civil Servants other than night watchmen. Therefore, the total sample is 38 employees. The results of the study are: 1) there is a relationship between work experience and career development in the Puskesmas Puskesmas staff. The correlation coefficient is 0.509 (positive) and the significance value is 0.000. A positive relationship means a direct relationship that is if a person's work experience increases a lot, then his career development will also increase. We recommend that fewer work experience will reduce the possibility of career development in a person. 2) there is a relationship between the level of education and career development among Puskesmas Penusupan employees. The correlation coefficient is 0.607 (positive) and the significance value is 0.000. A positive relationship means a unidirectional relationship that is if the person's last education is getting higher, then the management will increasingly consider in his career development. 3) there is a relationship between work performance and career development among Puskesmas Puskesmas staff. The correlation coefficient is 0.419 (positive) and the significance value is 0.000. A positive relationship means a unidirectional relationship that is if one's work performance rises, then his career development will also increase. We recommend that work performance is increasingly down, will also reduce the possibility of career development in a person.
