Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial pengaruh permberdayaan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan, self of efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan, maupun loyalitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan yakni pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan, self of efficacy, dan loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan pada home industrykonveksi RnR collection. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis deskriptis kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan yakni Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji t variabel pemberdayaan memiliki nilai signifikasi 0,000 dan thitung sebesar 4,978 maka pemberdayaan karyawan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Home Industri Konveksi RnR Collection. Uji t variabel self of efficacy memiliki nilai signifikasi 0,009 dan thitung sebesar 2,765 maka self of efficacy secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Home Industri Konveksi RnR Collection. Uji t variabel loyalitas kerja memiliki nilai signifikasi 0,003 dan thitung sebesar 2,672 maka loyalitas kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Home Industri Konveksi RnR Collection. Uji F variabel independen memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan Fhitung sebesar 28,049 maka semua variabel independen (Pemberdayaan, Self of Efficacy, dan Loyalitas Kerja) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan). Kata Kunci : Kinerja Karyawan, Pemberdayaan Karyawan, Self Of Efficacy, Loyalitas Kerja ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This study aims to determine the effect of partial influence of employee empowerment on employee performance, self-efficacy on employee performance, and work loyalty on employee performance. And to determine the simultaneous influence of the influence of employee empowerment, self-efficacy, and loyalty to employee performance in the RnR collection home industry collection. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the empowerment variable t test had a significance value of 0,000 and tcount of 4.9781, employee empowerment partially affected the performance of RnR Collection Home Industry Convection employees. The t-test of self-efficacy variable has a significance value of 0.009 and tcount of 2.675, then self-efficacy partially influences the performance of RnR Collection Home Industry Convection employees. The t test of work loyalty variable has a significance value of 0.003 and tcount of 2.672, then job loyalty partially influences the performance of RnR Collection Home Industry Convection employees. F test independent variable has a significance value of 0,000 and Fcount of 28,049, then all independent variables (Empowerment, Self of Efficacy, and Work Loyalty) affect the dependent variable (employee performance).
