Abstract
Permana Dicky S.K, 2024, “ANALISA KUAT TEKAN PADA BETON FC’30 SCC (Self Compacting Concrete) DENGAN PENAMBAHAN SUPERPLASTICIZER VISCOCRETE 10”. Laporan Skripsi Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Pancasakti Tegal 2024. Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) merupakan beton inovatif yang dapat memadatkan sendiri (tanpa vibrator),dan mampu mengalir dengan beratnya sendiri untuk mengisi bekisting dengan jenuh tanpa mengalami segregasi. Material dari SCC tidak jauh berbeda dari beton normal, yaitu agregat kasar, agregat halus, semen, air, hanya saja pada SCC terdapat bahan tambah admixture berupa superplasticizer. Penelitian ini menggunakan mix design metode DoE dengan bahan tambah berupa superplasticizer dengan kadar variasi 0,8%, 0,9%, dan 1% dari berat semen. Pengujian benda uji dilakukan dua tahap yaitu pada saat beton segar dilakukan uji menggunakan alat slump, sedangkan beton keras akan dilakukan uji kuat tekan pada waktu 7 hari, 14 hari dan 28 hari. Dari semua hasil pengujian pada saat beton segar maupun kuat tekan, variasi superplasticizer yaitu 0,8%, 0,9%, dan 1%. Pada penelitian ini didapat nilai kuat tekan rata-rata tertinggi presentase superplasticizer 0,9% yaitu sebesar 46,42 MPa. Proporsi beton SCC yaitu semen, pasir, krikil, dan air dapat diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode DoE namun dengan krikil ukuran maksimal 10mm, faktor air semen maksimal 0,3 dan menggunakan bahan tambah berupa superplasticizer. Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) is an innovative concrete that can compact itself (without a vibrator), and is able to flow under its own weight to fill the formwork saturated without experiencing segregation. The materials of SCC are not much different from normal concrete, namely coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, cement, water, only in SCC there is an added admixture in the form of a superplasticizer. This research uses the DoE mix design method with added material in the form of superplasticizer with varying levels of 0.8%, 0.9% and 1% of the cement weight. Testing of test objects is carried out in two stages, namely when fresh concrete is tested using a slump tool, while hard concrete will be tested for compressive strength at 7 days, 14 days and 28 days. From all test results for fresh concrete and compressive strength, the variations in superplasticizer were 0.8%, 0.9% and 1%. In this study, the highest average compressive strength value for the superplasticizer percentage of 0.9% was obtained, namely 46.42 MPa. The proportions of SCC concrete, namely cement, sand, gravel and water, can be obtained using the DoE method but with a maximum size of 10mm gravel, a maximum cement water factor of 0.3 and using additional materials in the form of a superplasticizer.
