Industrial Engineering Thesis Report, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Pancasakti University, Tegal. Screen printing is a filter printing technique using textile paint as the basic material. In general, it can be divided into two types of work, there are manual and also use machines. These types of screen printing continue to crop up from time to time to meet existing market needs. The process of printing t-shirts at UMKM (polang) uses the manual screen printing method using plastisol screen printing ink. The screen printing process starts with swiping the plastisol ink and then drying the ink using a hot gun. Incorrect work attitude and for a long duration will result in various kinds of health problems which can be fatal. This study aims to determine the level of complaints based on the NBM questionnaire on operators before and after the automatic screen printing curing design is carried out. The research method used in this study is the NBM and REBA methods to analyze musculoskeletal disorders. The result of this research is an automatic screen printing curing machine.
